The
Convict Lake Resort Fall Fishing
Derby started on Sunday,
Oct. 1 with a special bar-b-que and beer tent
event. The derby
runs through Nov. 15 and includes more than $7,000 in prizes.
The cost is just $10 to enter. The proceeds help support the Hot
Creek Hatchery Foundation, which supplies the trophy Alper's
Trout.
