The Convict Lake and Creek fishing season starts annually on the last Saturday of April one hour before sunrise and ends on November 15, one hour after sunset. For over 60 years, this pristine lake has been one of the most popular fishing "holes" in the Western United States.The California Department of Fish and Game stocks Convict Creek periodically during the season.
