A Great start to Fishing Season 2025!
The start of the fishing season has been a reel success!
The lake was stocked with 1,100lbs a few days prior to Opening Day.
It wouldn’t be a normal opener without some weather. We saw rain and snow. However, many anglers braved the cold and were e-fish-ent catching lunkers weighing between 2lbs to 6.5lbs with the largest one weighing in at 6.5lbs caught by Glenn Arai! A nice 6lb brown was caught and released from shore
Fred Hicks and Gil Hernandez were on site representing Berkley and doing great promotions on the store deck.
We already have 53 participants signed up for the Round up at The Lake derby. Be sure to sign up in the General Store and get your commemorative pin.
Overall, it has been a great start to the season and we look forward to seeing everyone and their fish.
Stay tuned for more fish reports!
